RTFE / Stainless with Viton gasket steel ball valves are typically used for on-off control of water, air, oil and other vacuum-compatible media. The unique 3-piece investment casting body design offers the advantage of having an opening body for on-line maintenance. Valves can be mounted directly to pneumatic or electric actuators using the standard ISO5211 mounting flange, eliminating the need for extra mounting brackets and couplings. Suitable for vacuum service up to 736 mm Hg (29 in Hg)

 

When the valve stem is rotated a quarter turn (90o), the ball turns from the closed state to the open position. A locking device allows you to lock the valve in the open or closed position for safe operation. The valve is suitable for actuator operation with standard ISO5211 mounting flange and square output shaft. span>
